What does MEGGA Shield do?
Shield is a proof layer for AI-generated content. We issue cryptographically verifiable certificates at the moment of generation, binding the asset to creator identity, AI model identifier, and the generation timestamp. Every certificate is publicly verifiable by any third party, without authentication.
Who is Shield for?
Creators using AI generation tools, brands publishing AI content at scale, compliance officers responsible for EU AI Act and GDPR exposure, and developers integrating provenance into their AI pipelines. Anyone whose AI output has to hold up under regulatory or contractual scrutiny.
How does Shield comply with the EU AI Act?
Every Shield certificate maps one-to-one to Article 50: C2PA marking at creation, Adobe TrustMark watermarking for derivation persistence, AI model identifier referenced to the EU AI Office registry, public verification URL, and a tamper-evident audit log on Polygon. We publish the mapping as an audited dossier each quarter.
Can I integrate Shield with my existing AI pipeline?
Yes. The integration is one API call per generation: shield.sign(asset, creator_id, metadata) returns a signed asset and a public certificate URL in approximately 200 milliseconds. Drop-in for Adobe Firefly, OpenAI image generation, Stability AI, Runway, ElevenLabs, and most custom pipelines.
How does identity verification work?
Shield supports four identity tiers. H1 binds your account to a government ID document, verified by Stripe Identity or Persona. H2 binds to a verified phone number. H3 adds a biometric liveness check. H4 is organizational binding for brand-tier customers. Verification happens once at onboarding and is then referenced per certificate.
What does Shield cost?
Basic tier is free for individual creators using Shield to mark their AI content. Verified tier starts at 9 euros per month and adds real-name binding. Brand tier is usage-based, starting at 0.18 euros per certificate, with volume discounts available for enterprise contracts. Pricing aligned with the Article 50 deadline curve.
