Running the proof layer
Karim owns the operational backbone of MEGGA Shield, from creator onboarding to identity verification turnaround to support response time. Every operational decision he makes is measured against one number: the time between a generation and a verifiable Shield certificate.
Before MEGGA Shield, Karim ran operations at platforms where the user journey crossed identity, payments, and content moderation in a single session, with a focus on minimum-friction onboarding and durable retention.
- Designed the H1 to H4 creator onboarding pipeline (real-name verification, document review, biometric checks).
- Owns the support SLAs across the Basic, Verified, and Brand tiers.
- Runs the creator success program: tier upgrades, certificate disputes, license enforcement.
- Maintains the operational dashboard on which Shield daily activation, retention, and renewal numbers are tracked.
Karim operates on the principle that the proof layer is only useful to creators who actually use it, and that every operational decision should reduce friction between a generation and a verifiable certificate.
