Translating regulation into proof

Léa owns the compliance posture of MEGGA Shield across every jurisdiction in which Shield certificates are issued, recognized, and enforced. She maps regulation to product, not the other way around.

Before MEGGA Shield, Léa led regulatory affairs in environments where AI policy moved from draft to enforcement within a single quarter, with a focus on the EU AI Act, GDPR, and the emerging state-level synthetic-content statutes.

  • Mapped the EU AI Act Article 50 marking duties to the Shield certificate schema, one to one, no gaps.
  • Owns the GDPR processing record for every identity-tier and brand-verification workflow.
  • Maintains relationships with regulators and standards bodies (CEN-CENELEC, NIST AI Safety Institute, ENISA).
  • Publishes the public compliance dossier on which Shield is audited each quarter.

Léa operates on the conviction that compliance is not a brake on velocity. It is the guarantee that everything Shield ships holds up the moment it is challenged in front of a regulator, a court, or a counter-party.
