Compliance Analyst, GDPR & Biometrics
Own the GDPR posture for Shield's identity verification pipeline.
About the position
You will own the GDPR compliance posture for Shield's identity verification flows: from H1 (government ID document review) through H4 (organizational binding for brand-tier customers), with H3 biometric liveness checks subject to GDPR Article 9 special-category data treatment.

- Maintain the GDPR Article 6 lawful-basis dossier for each Shield identity tier (H1 to H4).
- Review the biometric verification flows for GDPR Article 9 compliance and document the safeguards.
- Operate the data subject rights workflow (access, erasure, portability) with the engineering team.
- Liaise with EU data protection authorities (CNIL, AEPD, Garante, BfDI) on inquiries and audits.
- Co-publish the public compliance dossier with the Legal Counsel.
