Product Manager, Brand Tier
Own the brand-tier product on which Shield's revenue depends.
About the position
You will own the Shield brand-tier product end to end: the trademark registry, the brand-contract workflow, the IP enforcement tooling, and the relationships with the 47 brand customers already on the platform (fashion houses, media studios, agencies, e-commerce).

- Own the brand-tier product roadmap (trademark registry, brand contracts, IP enforcement).
- Operate the relationships with the 47 active brand contracts: renewals, expansion, retention.
- Lead onboarding for new brand customers (fashion, media, agencies, e-commerce at scale).
- Define metrics and reporting that brand customers need to justify continued investment.
- Co-own brand-tier ARR with the Operations team.
